THE DENTAL TEAM
Dr. Spence grew up in Saint Marys and is a graduate of Elk County Christian. He received his Undergraduate Degree from Clarion University. He then attended The University of Pittsburgh where he earned a Doctorate in Dental Medicine in 2007. Dr. Spence then went on to further his education by completing a one year Oral Surgery Residency at The University of Virginia in 2008. During that period he worked closely with cancer patients and many patients with compromised immune systems. Upon completion of the program, he joined a Private Practice in the Harrisburg area where he Practiced for 9 years. In 2017, Dr. Spence felt called to bring his skills back to the community where he grew up, and started his Practice in DuBois.

Dr. Spence is passionate about his Dentistry and about finding ways to provide comfort to his patients. Since his graduation in 2007, he has dedicated his time to learning new procedures and keeping up to date with his education through advancement courses in Dental Implants, Invisalign, Cosmetic and Restorative dentistry. He is proud to offer a wide range of high quality, comprehensive Dental services to Dubois and its surrounding areas.

When he is not looking in your mouth, Dr. Spence enjoys spending his time fishing, hunting, hiking and biking with his family and watching the PITT Panthers! Dr. Spence, his wife Pamela and their three children, Bentley, Regan and Carter love spending time boating/kayaking on the lakes and rivers in the area and traveling.

Cassidy
Registered Dental Hygienist

Cassidy received her hygiene license from Pennsylvania College of Technology and also worked further to graduate with her Bacehelors degree to become a Public Health Dental Hygiene Practitioner. She grew up in Dubois, and is so excited to now be able to use her skills to contribute to the community that she loves!
​
In her free time Cassidy enjoys going to dinner with friends and her husband Ty. She keeps very busy, doing some catering at a local bakery as well as with her role as Assistant Coach for the DuBois girls Varsity Track team. She loves knitting and playing with her golden doodle, Tilly. Her all time favorite movie is "National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation".

Her enthusiasm about her career and her sweet personality make Cassidy an incredible asset to our hygiene team! She is excited to get to meet lots of new patients and to see lots of smiles of people in the community who she already knows in her hygiene chair.

Mindy began her career as a Dental Assistant. She graduated Assisting School from CPI in Pleasant Gap and then went on to study Dental Hygiene, receiving her Hygiene degree from Fortis Institute in Erie, PA. Mindy has also recently completed additional training courses to recieve a certification as an Expanded Function Dental Assistant. Mindy is enthusiastic about educating her patients in oral hygiene techniques and absolutely loves helping her patients feel confident about their smiles.
​
In her free time, she enjoys cooking, baking and spending time outdoors. Mindy also loves traveling, wine tasting, shopping and searching for antiques. She has a fun loving personality and loves a good laugh. When she has time to relax she likes to watch Impractical Jokers, Two and a half men or The Bachelor on TV. Mindy lives with her husband, Mason and her two adorable kids, Chandler and Roman. She also has two beautiful golden doodle fur babies, Molly and Harper.

A graduate of Central Westmoreland Vo-Tech, Renee has over 18 year of clinical experience. She enjoys being part of the process that helps give her patients the confidence show off their beautiful smiles again! Renee has also completed additional training courses to become a certified Expanded Function Dental Assistant!

Renee is the proud mom of 3, her oldest son, Jared is currently enlisted in the Navy. Her son, Ian, and her daughter Abbie are proud students and alumni at PSU!
​
When she is not making her patients smile, Renee loves a good seafood dinner, and spending time outside camping, kayaking, ect.
